The Lochard– delair team at Dubai AIRPORT Build & Supply (Dubai, June 5 – 7,2006)

At the AIRPORT Build & Supply Exhibition in Dubai, June 5 – 7, 2006, on stand J10 in the West Hall, the Lochard – delair team presents the A-CDM product suite for the optimisation of air traffic and airside processes.

Braunschweig/Hillegom, 2006-04-19 – At the AIRPORT Build & Supply 2006 in Dubai, the Lochard – delair team will exhibit their solutions to optimise airport processes. The delair - Lochard team will focus on the expanded A-CDM (Advanced Collaborative Decision Making) product suite which will be presented with two new additions:

• darts4D– the cooperative arrival and departure manager (AMAN/DMAN): Two fundamental and proven Air Traffic Management tools - the DFS Arrival Manager (4D-Planner) and the delair Departure Manager (darts) – will be demonstrated in a “cooperative AMAN/DMAN” version. This solution unlocks the full potential of each runway’s capacity and guarantees optimal traffic throughput for airports.

• focus - an electronic flight strip system and a key module of the A-CDM product suite improves the situational awareness and the coordination between controllers. With the modular structure of the A-CDM product suite, focus is suitable both as an independent installation and also as part of the full A-CDM implementation.

The internationally unique A-CDM product suite enables optimum utilisation of available airspace and airport capacity. It is operational at Zurich International Airport and currently being implemented at Frankfurt International Airport.

A-CDM achieves optimised traffic flow from which airports, airlines, passengers and residents all benefit. The capacity is increased and delays are reduced. Fewer holding patterns, shorter taxi times before departure and optimised and coordinated airside processes result in reduced fuel consumption, less noise and fewer emissions.

A-CDM also includes sally, the most flexible and fastest resource management solution on the market and ANOMS 8, the world-leading airport environment management system.
