Kreston Reeves is delighted to welcome 29 new students to the firm this month.

This new intake of trainee accountants and financial advisers includes a mix of GCSE, A-level students and graduates who have joined the firm’s offices across London, Kent and Sussex. The students will be studying under our new apprenticeship scheme for a range of training programmes including ACA (ICAEW Chartered Accountant qualification), AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians), ATT (Association of Taxation Technicians), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and CFAB (Certificate in Finance and Business) qualifications. We have also recruited a number of industrial placements for students who are required to complete a year in industry as part of their degree course.
We are committed to offering the highest quality training packages, delivered within a friendly, proactive and supportive environment, for which the firm has been recognised in the shortlist for the Graduate and Non-Graduate Programme of the Year category in the 2017 British Accountancy Awards – winners will be announced in October. We were also named finalist in the Employer of the year category at the 2016 Kent Excellence in Business awards (KEiBA) and as Training Team of the Year at the 2014 British Accountancy Awards.
This record breaking student intake comes in a year in which the firm has achieved the apprenticeship ‘Employee Training Provider’ status for its graduate and non-graduate training programme. We are just one of three UK accountancy firms, and the only mid-sized firm, to hold this coveted status making the firm an attractive organisation for aspiring accountants and financial advisers when choosing the firm in which they want to begin their careers.
Richard Heasman, HR Partner at Kreston Reeves commented, “We are thrilled to welcome this historic number of trainees to our firm, especially in such a competitive climate in which many firms struggle to attract and hire talent.
The addition of such a large pool of fresh talent and perspectives makes the firm well equipped to continue to grow and develop, and provide the highest quality client service.
We welcome all new employees and look forward to working with them towards an exciting future for the firm”.

Kreston Reeves advises dynamic organisations, private individuals and families on their business, tax and wealth needs. We help them make confident decisions about the future. We have offices in London, Kent and Sussex and employ over 500 people including 52 partners.
