Safety and quality are the main factors for Wiha tools at the eltefa trade fair in Stuttgart

Schonach – From 25.03. to 27.03.09, Wiha Werkzeuge GmbH will be presenting at the eltefa trade fair in Stuttgart. As a part of the 15th trade fair for electrical engineering and electronics, Wiha will be demonstrating all there is to know about VDE premium tools. Everything can be tested, ranging from problem solvers to the well-known Wiha Inomic® pliers and new developments in the screwdriver and L-key sectors. The new Stubby magazine bit holder will also be presented, the successor of the magazine bit holder, already awarded the internationally renowned "red dot: best of the best" design award. Trade fair visitors will also have the opportunity to test Wiha products "at first hand".

This year Wiha Werkzeuge GmbH will be participating for the second time at the eltefa trade fair with a comprehensive product range. Wiha offers a highly innovative and comprehensive assortment for the electrical engineering and electronics industry. A focus will be placed on the Wiha VDE tools and new product developments. In order to give visitors the chance to see for themselves the high levels of quality and functionality of the Wiha products, they can test them directly on a workbench.

Why Wiha VDE tools?
The focus is on absolute safety for the user when working in the area of life parts. Here Wiha VDE tools meet all requirements for working in systems with up to 1,000 V alternating current (AC) or 1,500 V direct current (DC). In various extremely strict quality tests of the insulation, and therefore of the user protection, the Wiha VDE tools demonstrate their particular classiness. Wiha will present a VDE brochure featuring tools especially matched to the requirements of electrical applications for this purpose.

The eltefa, held from 25. to 27. March 2009, is taking place for the first time in spring in the new Stuttgart trade fair halls located directly at the airport. The eltefa, with 413 exhibitors and approximately 25,163 specialist visitors, is known throughout Germany as the only regional trade fair to fully cover the electrical market. Supported by the VSW, the Baden-Württemberg Association for Security in Industry and Commerce, the traditional trade fair for electrical engineering and electronics is dedicated to the safety of buildings and property and also IT security. Safety with regard to estate and property is a lucrative market for trade and industry, as shown by statistics from ZVEI, the German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association.
