Press release from: vdiscovery

vdiscovery, a leader in litigation support and eDiscovery solutions, today announced the launch of a new, forensic culling tool at www.vdiscovery.com/custom-solutions. VECA, very early case assessment, is a unique tool allowing seamless Relativity review of device metadata directly from EnCase, an industry leading forensic collection tool. VECA leverages the power and flexibility of Relativity to empower those with the best knowledge of the case and its requirements to intelligently cull hard drive collections using filesystem metadata prior to incurring the cost and spending time processing. The launch of VECA is part of vdiscovery’s ongoing efforts to enhance the user experience and functionality of the Relativity platform.

Key features of VECA include a clean and innovative layout, an easy to use interface, and full data transparency. The VECA system allows attorneys, and their clients, to defensibly and efficiently cull forensic data collections in Relativity, without incurring the usual costs. As a Relativity Best in Service Provider, and a Relativity API Ecosystem Partner, vdiscovery supports hosted review with a combination of intelligence and transparency.

“VECA addresses a common problem that exists between data collection and processing, providing an intelligent solution bridging the gap of hard drive collection and culling for processing. We are excited to offer this innovative solution to our clients, and theirs.”
Michael Wright
General Manager, vdiscovery
