Press release from: Sprachcaffe Languages PLUS

Language learning abroad and its impact on people’s lives is the subject of Sprachcaffe Languages Plus’ new study: The Language Learning Sustainability Project.

Frankfurt am Main, Germany, July 11, 2017– SPRACHCAFFE Languages Plus publishes The Language Learning Sustainability Project, an international survey created to evaluate the sustainability of language trips, their overall efficiency, and long-lasting benefits.
More than 2,000 students across all learning networks shared their experiences of language learning abroad. Its main features, total immersion, and in-person learning seem to have resulted in key benefits
for many in terms of personal development, professional assets, self-confidence and international awareness.
The study also expands on the different motivations and methodologies of language learners through interviews and testimonies:
'I don’t doubt that what I learned in school was good to learn the grammar, but the practical training abroad was more helpful to me and I expanded my vocabulary and improved my conversations.' - Corinna, language learner and blogger

The Language Learning Sustainability Project has been published in several languages. Read it here: http://bit.ly/SC-Sustainability-Overview
