T.A. Cook Conferences are delighted to announce The Connected Customer: Utilities conference, taking place on 16-17 November 2017 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The event will kick off with our Technology, Digitalisation, and the Evolving Customer keynote speech, before diving into a plethora of case studies where you will hear experiences, difficulties, and lessons learned from leading utilities including Alliander, E.ON, Innogy, Ovo Energy, Vattenfall and more.
Choose between one of three Deep Dive Discussion Groups in the afternoon of day one. Use this extended knowledge and networking session to investigate further into your chosen areas of interest. Share challenges and put your questions to your colleagues.
