Hermitage Club Launches New Social Media Campaign in Celebration of Phase II of Real Estate Development Plan

#Noliftlines Campaign Rolls Out with Fun Contest Offer

WILMINGTON, VT – (August 28, 2017) – The Hermitage Club, Vermont’s only luxury private ski, golf and adventure community, has announced a new social media campaign to celebrate its success in entering Phase II of its real estate development plan.

As its handle suggest, #noliftlines demonstrates the club experience that members enjoy at the full-service Hermitage Club. In conjunction with the #noliftlines campaign, Hermitage Club fans and followers will have the chance to win a grand prize each month when they share a featured club photo with three friends and tag the share with #noliftlines. The prizes include one-night accommodation, a spa treatment or dinner from the Hermitage Properties, which include:

• Brookbound Inn
• Hermitage Inn
• Snowgoose Inn
• Vermont House
• The White House Inn
• Hermitage Club Spa

“The only thing better than watching this project evolve from ground breaking to grand opening, is watching people genuinely enjoy the experience we have worked so hard to create," said Hermitage Developer and President, Jim Barnes. “Our aim is to take the stress out of skiing and mountain adventures by providing a better family experience - no lift lines, no packed runs and no crowded lodges, truly hassle-free.”

Since 2007, the Hermitage Club has purchased several tracts of land and combined them into one. More than $100 million has been invested in the Deerfield Valley region in the last four years, with the Club completing numerous residential and commercial construction projects, including a 90,000-square-foot clubhouse, a heated high-speed chair lift, more than two dozen luxury homes and town homes, and the renovation of six inns in Wilmington and Dover.

On February 16 2017, Hermitage Club’s 10-Year Master Plan was approved by the state of Vermont for the development of Haystack Mountain and the surrounding area, including an expansion of ski terrain, the construction of a 93-unit condo hotel on property, as well as a further build out of ski homes and townhouses across the mountain.
