Orga Systems among German Top 100 SME Employers
Prize for exceptional human resource managementPaderborn, Germany, 30. January 2009: Orga Systems GmbH belongs to the top 100 SME employers in Germany. According to the national survey “Top Job”, the company prevailed with a successful human resources management style. Friday evening, former Federal Minister of Economics Wolfgang Clement has awarded the company with the coveted “Top Job” seal of quality on the park grounds of Duisburg-Nord.
The market leader for convergent real-time billing for mobile communication services has especially been praised for solid communications and corporate cultures. The employees hold share in the annual EBIT, but there is more to Orga System’s personnel success than momentary incentives. Managers lead by example and live the corporate culture they preach.
To receive the award, Orga Systems had to undergo a strict two-stage examination by the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management of the University of St. Gallen. During the process, the team evaluated the personnel management instruments of the participating companies and conducted a detailed online employee survey. “The results of our research have repeatedly shown that strategic human resource management has a very real impact on revenue”, says Prof. Dr. Bruch in comment to her analysis. “To put it succinctly: good employers have economic success. This trend will increase in the future. Companies that systematically strengthen their employer attractiveness gain a competitive advantage.”
