William Hill Bingo’s ‘Pink Ribbon’ Campaign Raises £41,000 for Breast Cancer Care

William Hill Bingo kicked off their ‘Pink Ribbon’ fundraising campaign during October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and ran for three months. Players helped raise the money by playing the special Pink Ribbon games, with 10% from every Pink Ribbon ticket sold donated to Breast Cancer Care. William Hill Bingo also donated £10 to the charity for every new player who registered and played at least £20 within a month.
“Many thanks to our bingo players who have participated in the Pink Ribbon campaign in the last 3 months, enabling us to raise this terrific amount to help people affected by breast cancer.” said William Hill spokesperson Lili Huang, “One person is diagnosed with breast cancer every 11 minutes making it the most common cancer in the UK. That’s why Breast Cancer Care needs our help to ensure they can continue to provide information and support to anybody who is affected by the disease.”
Now part of the biggest online sports and gaming provider in Europe - William Hill Online, William Hill Bingo continually provides the “online bingo thrill” to its bingo players. The newly refurbished site was launched in December, with better graphics, more games and great promotional offers.
William Hill Bingo is now also the official sponsor of the popular ITV daytime show “Dickinson’s Real Deal”.
