Silverton Advisory opens first international office in Madrid

Silverton Advisory, an independent financial advisory firm focused on distressed debt and real estate transactions, today announced the opening of an office in Madrid, Spain. This is a further step in Silverton’s continuing business expansion and its first international office. The Madrid office will focus particularly on providing advice to financial institutions on non- and sub-performing loan transactions as well as on real estate transactions.

“We consider the Spanish market a cornerstone of our expansion strategy and currently, this market offers very interesting opportunities. We already have been able to assist a major European investor in two large potential non performing loan portfolio transactions, “said Jascha Hofferbert, Managing Partner of Silverton in Frankfurt.

Silverton’s Spanish activities will be headed by Wilson Hudkins Caceres, CFA, a 20 year veteran of the Spanish banking industry with excellent contacts to senior decision makers.
