URBANISE SECURES FIVE YEAR PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH CROCKERS IN NEW ZEALAND

The Largest Strata Management Company in New Zealand to Implement the Urbanise Platform.

Urbanise.com Limited (Urbanise) (ASX:UBN) and Crockers Body Corporate Management Limited (Crockers) announced today they have signed a 5 x 5 year technology license agreement that will see the Urbanise strata platform implemented across the Crockers strata portfolio of over 900 buildings in New Zealand.

Crockers are the largest Body Corporate Management Company in New Zealand, managing close to 18,000 strata units throughout Auckland and other areas in New Zealand.

The parties have agreed to implement the Urbanise strata management platform by the end of 2017. Under the agreement, Urbanise will receive cash payments of at least AUD $900,000 over 5 years.

Crockers, along with being New Zealand’s largest strata management company, also have an extensive property division. The parties have agreed to explore ways in which other modules of the Urbanise Property Cloud can be utilised across the wider Crockers Group.
