This is the international continuation of the German Internet Genesis Project ( http://www.millionpixels.de ) for the English speaking community. The new site http://www.millionpixels.org.uk was launched on 7 March 2006. One million pixels are now available to anybody for a period of 30 years on the site for a once-off payment of only US 1 per pixel.

A second project (Internet Genenis Project Reloaded) was lauched at 14 March 2006. This project is for .eu domain owner's only. An advertising space of 1 Mio. Pixels is divided into 25 x 40,000 Pixels corresponding to the 25 Member Countries of the European Community. The costs are once $1/Pixel for a duration of 30 Years of advertising.
