Ralf Nöcker is the new managing director of the GWA

Frankfurt, 19 December 2008. Dr. Ralf Nöcker is going to be the new managing director of the German Association of Communications Agencies GWA. The GWA board has voted concordantly in favour of the 43 year old business administrator. Ralf Nöcker is going to succeed Dr. Henning von Vieregge, who will quit the job at the end of the year 2008. In the future, Dr. Henning von Vieregge will work for the GWA as a consultant.

GWA president Peter John Mahrenholz: “Ralf Nöcker is our desired candidate and the right man for the job. His ideas and experience will make the GWA a more vivid association – especially when it comes to the communication of our work towards the media and economy.”

After having finished his studies of business administration at the University of Gießen, Ralf Nöcker acted as an editor for the “Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung” (2000 – 2007). Subsequently, he worked for the management consultancy “Kienbaum”.
