Award winning flatware design company Gourmet Settings, has unveils its newest stainless steel flatware pieces - a line of cutlery specially designed for fish. The set includes a fish dinner knife, fish fork, fish server, and a fish serving knife.

RICHMOND HILL, ON - Gourmet Settings, an award winning stainless steel flatware designer and manufacturer has unveiled its newest line of cutlery designed specifically for fish courses.

The fish set consists of a fish dinner knife, fish dinner fork, fish server, and a fish serving knife. The knife is specially designed with a pointed tip to help remove fish bones and a spatula-shaped blade. The fork is designed for eating seafood and formal dining occasions with a separate fish course.

Also included is a fish server, used for cutting, boning, transporting and serving fish at the dinner table. Each piece is ergonomically designed and made of stainless steel for long-term beauty and durability.

The complete fish cutlery collection can be viewed at: http://www.gourmetsettings.com/windermere-fish.

"Our new collection of flatware fish pieces is perfect for those who entertain often or who just enjoy serving fish at the dinner table. Having a separate place setting for the fish course allows dinner guests to start fresh with clean cutlery, which minimizes taste cross contamination and helps your guests know which set of cutlery goes with each course. Our customers have long been asking for fish pieces and we're happy to make them available through our retailers," said Hildy Abrams, president of Gourmet Settings (http://www.gourmetsettings.com/).

Gourmet Settings has been designing flatware since 1994 and is known for its eye-catching collections of exclusive stainless steel flatware and packaging. The company strives to create flatware that looks and feels great and its collections have been featured in publications like Good Housekeeping, the Washington Post and O, The Oprah Magazine and television shows like Hell's Kitchen with Chef Gordon Ramsay and Kitchen Confidential. Its flatware collections are sold in retailers like Crate & Barrel, Costco, Target and others across the United States.

"Since our beginning, we've been out to change the way people view flatware collections. We know to most people, it's just flatware, but we think it can be fun and exciting. We looked at an industry that hadn't changed in years and wanted to know how we could stand out. We set out to design a product that's full of style and quality and we think we hit the mark with our collections," said Abrams.

About Gourmet Settings: Gourmet Settings (http://www.gourmetsettings.com) is a Canada-based company that produces and distributes stainless steel flatware. Their designs have won numerous awards for their design and are sold in many of the country’s top retailers.
