The solution unifies real-time and non-real-time communication for large and mid-level enterprises, midmarket companies, small and medium businesses and government organizations.
Matrix Unified Communications family, named as “SARVAM”, consists of hardware platforms and software server. With IP at core, the Unified Communication server offers connectivity for up to 3,000 users. It has three different variants ETERNITY LENX, ETERNITY MENX and ETERNITY GENX targeting large, medium and growing enterprise respectively. The platforms support new-age network VOIP, wireless network GSM/3G and traditional networks such as ISDN and PSTN.
