"Storm" in Siberia: a new collection of summer poems by Vitalina Strakhova

June 30 the popular online stores have published a mini-collection of summer poems "Storm". The author is Vitalina Strakhova, a young poet and writer from Novosibirsk. The publication includes lyrical works written from 2004 to 2016. In total, the collection contains 12 poems.

This is the first poetic collection and already the second published book for the author. An unusual feature is the miniature format - 22 pages. A bright, memorable annotation and incredibly gentle and romantic image embodied on the cover of the publication create an atmosphere from the first moments. The reader slowly gets involved in sensual verses about the woman's love and after a few pages notes with surprise that they were replaced by civil lyrics, and later – landscape lyrics. Or is it not so simple?

Poet Ernst Nepomnyashchiy noted that emotions and sensations of thunderstorms were transmitted very sensitively, picturesquely, figuratively and attributed the author to the number of the elect. Alentisia Alexandridi commented on the poems from the cycle "Caribbean Azure" laconically and emotionally: "How beautiful! Such bright images as I look at the sea!"
