Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland Master Franchise Rights Opportunity with FDS
The volume of business emanating from Ireland is considered sufficient to award the Master Franchise rights to a suitable company or a group of individuals who can develop the business to its full potential. With over 500 franchises available for Irish investors from 1,250 UK companies alone, the Irish franchising market is ripe with opportunities.
Since it was established in 1981, FDS has worked with over 50 Irish companies seeking to expand their business by franchising. These companies have included Eddie Rocket’s, Zumo, Ladies Workout Express, The Frying Squad, Cleaning Doctor and O’Briens to Master franchisors such as Foot Solutions. In addition to publishing the Irish Franchise Magazine and The Franchise Magazine, FDS also produces the United Kingdom Franchise Directory, European Franchising and Franchise International.
FDS is seeking to establish separate head offices in Dublin and Northern Ireland so that it will be able to take advantage of the grants and assistance available from both governments.
The search is for an enthusiastic leader to become a Master Franchisee who will be immediately involved in the forefront of international franchise development. Ideally, applicants should have a background in business and management consultancy coupled with a track record of success and a reasonably good understanding of franchising.
The Master Franchisee will receive comprehensive training at the FDS head office in Norwich, England, which will cover all divisions of the FDS operation. Training will cover bringing brands into Ireland and helping Irish companies export through franchising, to developing the Irish Franchise Magazine, which will be the Master Franchisee’s publication, organising Irish conferences, seminars and exhibitions and providing services to prospective, existing and future franchisors.
