Dallas Attorney Mark Werbner to Speak at Civil Litigation Conference
DALLAS – Accomplished trial lawyer Mark Werbner, co-founder of the Dallas trial law firm Sayles Werbner, will be among the presenters at the upcoming 32nd annual Page Keeton Civil Litigation Conference.Mr. Werbner will speak on Breach of Fiduciary Duty Litigation at the event, which is sponsored by the University of Texas School of Law. He will focus his presentation on recent notable cases, in addition to providing practice pointers based on his years of experience handling breach of fiduciary duty claims. Mr. Werbner is a veteran of more than 100 courtroom trials. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, including both business torts and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. He is one of the rare attorneys to be Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Civil Trial Law and Criminal Law.
