The Urological Society reports around 75% of bladder cancers are superficial and the treatment is comparatively simple, but in there are cases constituting 25% of cases the cancer which invade the bladder wall, and further complete removal of the bladder is essential.
Over the period of time, the cancer may grow outside the urinary bladder and then to other internal surrounding areas. It may then spread to nearby lymph nodes, the lungs, or the liver or to the other parts of the body in a very short span of time.
