Press release from: Stories of Faith Ltd.

Investors will be able to participate in the high-return international film business, says Wolfgang Breuer of PricewaterhouseCoopers Germany, through the increased involvement of private equity. One business model using this approach is the Dublin-based firm Stories of Faith Ltd., which is financing a multi-platform project of six feature films and associated content productions for the international market.

The experienced Dublin producer John Phelan introduced this model at the financing conference on the occasion of the Dublin Film Festival. Phelan stressed that, in light of the fact that the German tax-financed media funds are no longer operating like before, and the British Sales and Leaseback financing has not yet been replaced in practice, the profile of film business as an investment industry needs to be sharpened. Detailed safety measures to protect investors, as they are included in the Stories of Faith model, should become common instruments for producers in structuring their projects.

After three years of development, Stories of Faith Ltd. has issued a private placement of 76 Mio Euro for which they actively seeking international private equity. A first closing date will be on March 31st, 2006. The company forecasts an IRR of around 23%.
