The Asia adds Scintillating Seoul to its list of destinations
The tour booking portal The Asia announces the additional of Korea’s capital Seoul to its website, thereby further expanding its portfolio of key travel destinations in Asia. The implementation process has been facilitated by the fact that The Asia is owned and operated by Korean nationals with strong ties to the motherland.
As a result, The Asia is able to provide insider information about Seoul not available elsewhere as well as a selection unique tours and activities in the city.
The addition of this destination marks a new step in the company’s geographical expansion, since The Asia is now also present in East Asia, a previously unchartered market for the company.
Holiday activities offered include day tours in Seoul and to nearby UNESCO world heritage sites such as Suwon Hwaseong Fortress. Furthermore, there are cultural tours, street food & night dining tours (eating is a favorite past-time in Korea) as well as tours to the famous demilitarized zone separating South from North Korea.
Sienna Park, Head of Marketing at The Asia noted: 'We are happy and proud to now be able to promote Seoul as a destination on our website. Korea is a beautiful country and we want to share the best authentic local experiences with travelers planning on visiting. Putting together the tours and choosing which attractions to showcase has been a delightful experience.'
Other major travel destinations in Korea and Asia are in the planning stages and expected to go live on the company’s website within the year. For further information about The Asia please visit www.theasia.com
