Cincom Cuts Osiguranje Zagreb Report Production Time from Two Days to 45 Minutes

Croatian Insurance expects 120 percent return on investment (ROI), increased profitability from Cincom solution

Schwalbach/Ts., Germany, February 22, 2006 – Cincom Systems and Osiguranje Zagreb (OZ) announce the successful first-stage installation of an integrated data access and analytics program, part of a complete intelligent business application solution in order to enhance OZ’s decision making processes in sales and marketing.

Though only in the first phase of a multi-phase implementation, Osiguranje Zagreb has already
• cut report production time from two days to 45 minutes and
• saved 20% of valuable actuarial time for high-value activities like consulting and planning.

When the solution is fully implemented, OZ expects
• to save 1.250 man-hours per year in its IT department and
• to achieve a 120% return on investment (ROI) within 24 months.

"Cincom’s solution is totally user-friendly and nice to work with", said Marco Haramija, OZ actuary. Haramija was recently required to produce a report comparing the quarterly sales results with that of the previous year. In the past, this would have been a two-day job; now, the work is reduced to 45 minutes.
