The Lipetsk region was included into the five of the most event regions in the sphere of tourism
Rusborg
In all municipalities there will take place a number of bright actions in May. "Rusborg", that will pass from May, 5 to May, 9 on the ground at the settlement of Yelets of the Yelets district, will become one of them. "Guest" day is planned at 12:00 on May, 8. It is expected that the festival will bring together about 900 participants from dozens of regions of Russia and from abroad.
The military and historical club "Kopye" acted as organizers of this festival with assistance of management of youth policy of the region and the Center of event tourism of the Lipetsk region. Guests of "Rusborg" will see the medieval camp built by re-enactors, will attend a fair of national crafts and master classes on forge, potter's and other craft arts, and also will participate in sports meets.
"Rusborg" is one of the main tourist sights of the Lipetsk region. It is visited by more than 20 thousand viewers annually. Following the results of the last years "Rusborg" holds positions of the second-large in Europe festival that is devoted to the reconstruction of the early Middle Ages.
