Fish & Richardson Adds Patent Prosecution Associate
AUSTIN, Texas – The national law firm of Fish & Richardson, P.C., is announcing the addition of Josh Tucker as an associate in the firm’s patent prosecution group.Mr. Tucker joins the Austin office after serving as an associate at Houston’s Fletcher Yoder for the past three years, where he helped draft and prosecute patent applications.
He graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 2004, earning a Dean’s Award in bankruptcy law. He earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University in 1998.
Prior to earning his law degree, he worked as a process engineer at Samsung Austin Semiconductor. Mr. Tucker developed chemical-mechanical planarization processes and was named as the inventor on related patents.
