Wiesbaden/Cologne: Avioon to launch and announce products for video processing at the 2017 NAB trade show

* Avioon joins the world's largest broadcasting industry trade show
* New products for video workflow orchestration and transcoding

German video processing software manufacturer Avioon joins the 2017 NAB trade show in Las Vegas, USA as first-time exhibitor in booth N3532SUL to launch and announce JOBS workflow orchestration and FLICS transcoding software solutions.

With rapidly expanding video consumption and a corresponding proliferation of delivery platforms and formats, the media industry is experiencing a tremendous increase of the volume of video material that needs to be processed and distributed. More content translates to increased demands on the people and solutions that perform and manage the processing of the video.

Avioon's JOBS is a workflow orchestration solution that simplifies video production engineering and operation by managing and automating the movement of files throughout the ecosystem. The FLICS transcoding platform is an upcoming solution, to be launched later in 2017, with unique capabilities for not only video encoding performance, but also managing disparate transcoding resources across cloud and on premise infrastructures. Avioon will demonstrate both solutions for customers and partners in their booth number N3532 during the 2017 NAB Show in Las Vegas from April 24-27.

"Avioon is excited to join the NAB," says CEO Tilo Skomudek, "And we look forward to presenting our solutions to potential customers and partners from around the world, and to show them benefits our unique technology can deliver."
