Being a visionary, she is fighting tirelessly to get a further right anchored in the UN Charter: laughter as a human right. In a workshop in Frankfurt, she talks about the book title 'Lachen ist der erste Schritt zum Glück'.

Keyem has vision to enrich the lives of people through laughter and joyfulness by providing a holistic platform for everyone regardless of economic background, age, ability or perspective. His workshops: Live Live Laughing.

Over the last 20 years, laughter yoga has become a path to happiness, well-being and joy in life – all over the world. Celebrate with us, laugh with us and allow the variety offered by more than fifty speakers from India, Great Britain, USA, Israel, Canada, Austria, Australia, Bahrain, Japan, Britain, France, Italy, Mexico, Sweden, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Germany to 'infect' and inspire you.

The range of topics includes free Skype Laughter Clubs, experiences with Chicken Laughter in Laos and Lion Laughing at the Italian prison Rebibbia. The speakers will talk about laughter yoga with cancer patients, in work environments, with children and after (natural) disasters. The supporting program also promises fun times. Conference participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas about the laughter yoga method at the 'Laughing World Café', and there will be a 'laughing mandala' formed of people followed by picnic at the Günthersburgpark. And as an additional offer, interested persons can have a laugh while exploring the capital Berlin after the conference.

What´s Laughter Yoga?
Laughter Yoga is a new form of exercise akin to internal jogging that promotes the use of laughter as a form of physical exercise. It was created in India in the mid-1990s by Dr Madan Kataria and his wife Madhuri. Its core premise is that your body can and knows to laugh, ragardless of whar your mind has to say. The invitation is to “laugh for no reason”, faking it until it becomes real. Laughing is an easy way to strengthen all immune functions, bring more oxygen to the body and brain, foster positive feelings and improve interpersonal skills.

Gabriela Leppelt-Remmel is responsible for the Global Laughter Yoga Conference. She is the first European Laughter Yoga Master Trainer and she feels as "Global" Laughter Yoga Ambassador. She was one of the first voluntary contributors to the Laughter Yoga International University (Bangalore / India). Her commitment has contributed significantly to Germany to belong to the most acitve Laughter Yoga countries alongside Japan and the USA. She lives in Hamburg, Germany.L
