Infusion Software & Consulting Adds Three Heavy Hitters To Management Lineup

Kelly Roy as VP of Client Services; Marc Chesley as VP of Development; Scott Martineau as Director of Marketing

Mesa, Ariz. - February 14, 2006 - Infusion Software & Consulting (Infusion), a leading provider of CRM solutions for small businesses, today announced the appointments of two new Vice Presidents and a Director. Kelly Roy joins Infusion as Vice President of Client Services. Ms. Roy has been in leadership roles in contact centers for 15 years, working in the CRM space for almost a decade. Ms. Roy most recently worked at Intuit, as Director of Business Operations, where she was responsible for defining and supporting Quickbooks customer care organizations. Prior to joining Intuit, she was a Senior Principal for eLoyalty, a global CRM consulting and systems integration company. Ms. Roy is responsible for all client services activities at Infusion. Ms. Roy holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from Fontbonne University.

Marc Chesley joins Infusion as Vice President of Development. Mr. Chesley has over fifteen years of experience in technology where he held a variety of management positions, including a role as President and founder of a successful computer consultancy company. Mr. Chesley brings a unique mix of business, technical and legal expertise. He draws on his experience in implementing systems and expertise in development methodologies to enhance all aspects of product design, development and deployment. As the VP of Development, Mr. Chesley oversees product development and systems administration. He earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Arizona State University, and his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University.

Scott Martineau, Infusion's founder, transferred to Director of Marketing. Prior to founding Infusion, Scott spent over five years as an entrepreneur, technology consultant and database developer for local Phoenix businesses. Prior to his new role, Scott acted as an Infusion consultant to some of the nation's top direct response marketers including Dan Kennedy, Bill Glazer, Reed Hoisington, Joe Polish, and many others. As Director of Marketing, Mr. Martineau is responsible for all of Infusion's marketing efforts. Scott holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University.
