Programming began soon after and the Loudoun Tech Startups group was created, growing in 2016 to over 1000 members. Incubator offices filled beyond capacity a year ahead of schedule with a strong community of government contractors in part due to portions of Leesburg being designated as a HUBZone in January 2013.
