AOC to sponsor UK Masters Tournament CS:GO for the Grand Finals at Insomnia60 festival

Amsterdam, 29 March 2017 – AOC will be sponsoring the UK Masters Tournament for CS:GO at the UK’s biggest gaming festival, Insomnia60, which takes place for the 60th time this Easter. Covering four full days from 14 - 17 April, Insomnia brings together competitive gamers, their fans and all gaming enthusiasts to experience a weekend to remember. For the first time ever this year, Insomnia will also feature live music performances by Brit Award nominated bands.
Sponsored by AOC Gaming, the UK Masters Tournament is currently ongoing, with 8 of the UK’s best CS:GO teams competing over 5 weeks until the end of March. The top 4 teams will advance into play-offs, and the current season of this tournament will conclude with the Grand Finale at i60.
With AOC providing displays from its premium gaming monitor series AGON, the teams at the finals certainly cannot claim poor viewing for their performance. Boasting Nvidia’s G-SYNC technology, the AG241QG monitors on the stage will deliver crystal clear visuals at 1440p resolution with no tearing, stuttering or input lag. Up to 165 Hz refresh rate and super-fast 1ms response time will ensure gamers that only their own reflexes and aiming skills will matter.
With an expected attendance of over 50,000+ gamers, Insomnia 60 will take place at the NEC, North Ave, Birmingham, B40 1NT.
