CASTELLE Honored at AmericasMart With Best of Design Award for Outdoor Category

On Thursday, March 9th, CASTELLE, designer and manufacturer of handcrafted luxury outdoor furnishings, was honored with a Best of Design 2017 award by Modern Luxury’s Interiors Atlanta magazine. Capturing the high award for the outdoor category, CASTELLE was among those feted at a ceremony and reception hosted by AmericasMart and attended by top designers in the Atlanta area.

“We are proud to have been recognized by this magazine and its editorial team,” said Derek Ritzel, President and CEO, CASTELLE. “The award brings recognition not only for CASTELLE, but also awareness of the outdoor category to the publication’s diverse audience including independent retailers and design professionals.”

Voting for the annually awarded Best of Design competition began in September 2016 within each of the Modern Luxury Interiors’ markets including Atlanta. Open to the public, votes were submitted through the publication’s website. Subsequent to the voting, the magazine’s editorial team assessed the vote getters and decided upon the Best in each category per criteria specific to their market. The winners were announced in the magazine and given awards at the Best of Design party. “We made the awards “DIAMOND AWARDS” as AmericasMart, our host of the event, is celebrating 65 Years this year,” said Jenna Muller, associate publisher, Interiors Atlanta.

Melissa Roman, director of designer sales for CASTELLE was on hand to receive the award from Muller. The Best of Design issue kicks off the 2017 year for the publication in all its markets.

CASTELLE is an exhibitor within the Gardens of Atlanta’s AmericasMart on the 10th floor of Building 2 in 10-A07.
