Training Experts Italian AF, German AF, US Marine Corps and RAF confirmed for Close Air Support Conference 2017

SMi Group’s third annual Close Air Support (CAS) conference will have a key focus on training and simulation, covering established and emerging technologies; for the needs of the solider, both on the ground and in the air.

In addition there will be a dedicated pre-conference workshop on live and synthetic close air support training entitled: “Close Air Support Collective Training and the Changing Role of Simulation”, Led by Mr Nick Sparks, Principal Consultant, Air Land Integration Ltd.

Taking place in London on the 7th and 8th June 2017, these training leaders will be joining an unrivalled international speaker line-up of military and industry experts involved in Close Air Support. Expert speakers for 2017 include senior representatives from: Royal Air Force, German Army, French Air Force, Royal Netherlands Air Force, Italian Air Force, United States Marine Corps, Czech Air Force, NATO Air Command, NATO Joint Air Power Competence Centre, and Joint Helicopter Command and many more.

The audience will include, but not be limited to Industry developers of next generation CAS: Close air support platforms, Avionics and sensors, smart and guided munitions, Air and ground based targeting, Command and control, Mobile deployable communications.
