Paderborn, Germany, 20. May 2008: Orga Systems, the leading expert in convergent real-time billing, has been recognized to be delivering the “Most Innovative Application of Customer Care”. Therefore, Orga Systems’ Virtual Voucher solution has been awarded the 2008 Excellence Awards.

The award application was a joint application of TIM CELULAR S.A. (TIM Brasil) and Orga Systems GmbH. TIM Brasil is the biggest operator in the world to use the Virtual Voucher - the first innovative prepaid top-up solution of its kind in Brazil.

* Improvement in fulfillment, assurance or billing processes as a result of this innovation and
* Positive impacts on the business
