Vita Eterna is a boutique winery and project of the Tocchetto family, Italian descendants who have been rooted in Pinto Bandeira, Serra Gaúcha, since the arrival of the first Italian immigrants in Brazil. Founded in 2017 by Eduardo Tocchetto, the winery was built on the purpose of producing high-quality wines and sparkling wines with minimal intervention, honoring the expression of Pinto Bandeira's terroir, a region holding a Denomination of Origin (DO) for sparkling wines.
Vita Eterna's philosophy is grounded in biodynamic and regenerative agriculture, with vineyard management focused on soil health and local biodiversity. All wines are produced using the traditional Champenoise method, with fermentation and aging in bottle, without artificial additives.
Across 8 hectares of vineyards at approximately 700 meters above sea level, Vita Eterna cultivates primarily Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
