The initiative positions itself as a private infrastructure powered by artificial intelligence to match international supply and demand, with a focus on high-value transactions and ultra-high-net-worth clients. It is not a property portal or an open marketplace, but a closed environment where professional collaboration sits at the core of the business model.

The project is led by Alin Enriquez, former executive at Aquí tu Reforma, with over a decade of experience in proptech startup development, and is being developed alongside Barrera and Partners, a holding company specializing in technology applied to real estate.

According to internal sources, the ambition is clear: to build a truly operational network among luxury real estate professionals across strategic markets such as Spain, Mexico, Miami, Dubai, Colombia, and Brazil. The goal is to facilitate the exchange of clients and properties under strict confidentiality standards.

The concept does not seek universal consensus within the industry. In fact, it is built around a deliberately selective narrative.
The network is founded on a premise already generating discussion among professionals: global luxury real estate, its founders argue, is a space for specialized operators rather than mass structures.

"Building a business in the luxury segment requires entrepreneurial character, global vision, and a real portfolio of high-net-worth clients. We are few, but that smaller group is the one truly driving meaningful transactions," project leadership states.

Rather than pursuing volume, the network is built on precision: fewer members, greater operational capacity, and high-level cross-border collaborations.

The Broker at the Center
At a time when multiple technology platforms attempt to reduce the role of the intermediary, The B Network takes the opposite stance: reinforcing the broker as the central figure within the ecosystem.
The end client remains connected to their agent, while the network acts as an infrastructure for international expansion.

Planned features include:
- Access to off-market properties and opportunities across multiple international markets
- Direct collaboration between verified brokers in different countries
- Integration with premium lifestyle services aligned with high-net-worth clients
- Artificial intelligence systems designed to match active client demand across members

The objective is to enable real estate professionals to operate as global advisors without losing control of the client relationship.

Access to the network is limited and subject to prior validation. Membership is not granted solely through payment of a fee. Candidates must demonstrate proven track record, an active international client portfolio, and real operational capacity within the luxury segment. The number of members per country will be restricted throughout 2026.

In parallel, the network has begun admitting companies and professionals from the broader luxury ecosystem capable of providing complementary services to brokers and their clients. Concierge companies, investment firms, architecture studios, relocation agencies, hospitality brands, and private mobility providers are currently under evaluation.

The onboarding process for these companies is particularly rigorous, designed to ensure that each member strengthens the overall premium positioning and delivers tangible value to the network.

The official opening of the February 28, 2026 wish list will allow profiles that pass the validation process to access priority invitations and initial subscription terms. The network will launch with a portfolio exceeding USD 300,000,000 in assets ready for commercialization.

Beyond its operational rollout, the arrival of The B Network introduces a broader debate within the international real estate sector: should luxury continue expanding its base of players, or return to highly qualified professional networks capable of operating at the highest level?

A question likely to divide opinions and one that confirms high-end real estate is once again becoming a territory where specialization and the right network can make the difference between simply observing the market... or closing it.
