Press release from: BLIXT TECH AB

Programmable Power @ Sanmina

Programmable Power @ Sanmina

BL!XT TECH AB and Sanmina Corporation have signed a commercial agreement to expand deployments of BL!XT Programmable PowerTM across additional machines and systems. By leveraging real-time machine data, the partnership is enabling a new intelligent control layer for industrial electrical systems.

The agreement includes extended installations across additional machines and systems, enabling further energy savings, predictive maintenance, factory soft-start, improved electrical protection, and enhanced operational performance.

"As soon as insights from the first machine were gained with Zero, we wanted the same visibility for more machines. The great thing is that we can add new controls over time and see real results using the same device." says Tord Berggren, Managing Director Sanmina Sweden & VP Plant Manager at Sanmina Örnsköldsvik.

Through collaboration on new use cases, joint evaluation of pilot results, and continuous collection of proof points, the partnership is now scaling. Initial deployments have transitioned from validation to operational use within production environments. A long-term expansion plan has been outlined with significant potential across Sanmina's approximately 80 manufacturing facilities globally.

The long-term expansion potential exceeds 10,000 Zero units across Sanmina's global manufacturing footprint, and the value of BL!XT Programmable PowerTM continues to grow with each installation-expanding from machine to machine, system to system, and facility to facility. The agreement also includes continued use of BL!XT Zone, the software platform managing configuration, protection, monitoring, and control.

"Machine performance and energy savings are more critical than ever in modern manufacturing," says Daniel Öhlander, Head of Business Development at BL!XT TECH AB. "Our technology enables companies like Sanmina to make data-driven decisions that optimize energy efficiency and machine uptime."

"As we move toward a more energy-efficient future, the ability to monitor and optimize machine performance in real time is a game-changer,"
adds Tord Berggren.
