Wyde Presents a Course in Arts Management for Social Impact

Wyde, the Connective School, announces "Arts Management for Social Impact", an online learning path designed for cultural professionals who want to build initiatives that generate measurable social value - with the strategic, operational, and collaborative skills needed to make projects credible to communities, partners, and funders.

At a time when cultural organisations are increasingly asked to demonstrate outcomes (not just activities), the course provides a structured pathway from impact thinking to real-world project design. It develops a foundation in social impact frameworks, community and stakeholder mapping, and critical approaches, then advances into participatory practices, co-creation, and the operational models of independent spaces and grassroots cultural centres, with a focus on education and mediation.

The Course in Arts Management for Social Impact is offered as an online course with 3 modules and 12 episodes, delivered on demand with a cohort of 10 to 15 participants.

The course culminates in a New European Bauhaus-based capstone project, shaped into a credible, fundable proposal. The final module consolidates core project skills such as fundraising and calls, budgeting, governance, and project management - supporting participants in turning ideas into implementable plans.

The learning methodology is designed to be collaborative and practice-oriented, structured around progressive problems that require participants to connect multiple bodies of knowledge and apply tools to concrete cases. Within this approach, AI is integrated to strengthen study methods, reflection, and applied problem-solving, including guided AI conversations focused on real challenges such as stakeholder mapping, participation design, budgeting choices, and fundraising narratives.

Course leadership

The course trainer is Zoran Pantelic, an artist, producer and program editor at kuda.org, and founder of the Apsolutno collective, bringing a perspective that connects new-media practice with civic participation and cultural innovation.

"Arts Management for Social Impact" is priced at €1,400 and runs on demand with a minimum cohort size of 10 participants (up to 15).
