Founded in 2000, SHH Industries manufactures a diverse product portfolio including endpoles, injection-moulded parts, automotive connectors, soldering wire, DC fans, harness wires, anti-acidic fasteners, ePTFE membranes and more.

As the business scaled, it became important to streamline documentation management, standardize processes, and ensure timely employee training-while also improving end-to-end traceability across CAPA and non-conformance activities.
