"Innovation is not about adding new devices to the room. It is about removing the friction that prevents the existing team from working at the top of their license." -- Dr Sven Jungmann, co-founder and CEO of aiomics.

"Innovation is not about adding new devices to the room. It is about removing the friction that prevents the existing team from working at the top of their license." -- Dr Sven Jungmann, co-founder and CEO of aiomics.

Berlin-based health-tech company aiomics has appointed Oliver Stubel (formerly Creative Director at Salesforce in the US) as Head of Product. This "reverse brain drain" hire brings Silicon Valley-style customer centricity to a leadership team already distinguished by deep domain authority-comprising a clinician (Dr. Sven Jungmann), a physicist (Dr. Nikita Tarasov), and a German accredited lawyer (Kirill Schitomirski).
BERLIN - aiomics today announced the appointment of Oliver Stubel as Head of Product. A Hamburg native who spent recent years as Creative Director at Salesforce in the United States, Stubel returns to Germany to lead product strategy for the Berlin-based health-tech company.

His move marks a notable "reverse brain drain" in the sector. Stubel brings a focus on "Silicon Valley-style" customer centricity-honed through direct design engagements with major US East Coast hospital systems-to a European market where clinical software is notoriously click-intensive and counter-intuitive. His mandate is to bridge the gap between aiomics' rigorous backend engineering and the workforce that relies on it.

Solving the Data Solvency Crisis aiomics addresses the structural weakness of modern healthcare: the abundance of unstructured, low-quality documentation. This "data debris" forces medical staff into hours of administrative work, driving burnout and risking insurance clawbacks due to poor compliance.

By transforming raw information into compliant, actionable intelligence, aiomics secures revenue integrity for hospitals. However, the company argues that true resilience requires more than just financial plumbing; it requires a user experience that empowers the interdisciplinary care team-doctors, nurses, and therapists-to focus on the patient, not the screen.

A Leadership Coalition of "Hard" Disciplines Stubel joins a founding team that eschews the typical startup profile in favor of deep, specialized domain authority. The company is built on the convergence of three distinct disciplines:

*
The Clinician (CEO): Dr. med. Sven Jungmann bridges the gap between the emergency room and the boardroom. A serial entrepreneur who practiced clinical medicine for years in emergency rooms and oncology wards, he intimately understands the pressures facing staff. He later translated this frontline experience into executive strategy as Chief Medical Officer at the digital arm of Helios and as a Partner at corporate venture builder Founders Lane (participating in its successful exit). A Member of the Board of Advisors at Speedinvest and an active angel investor, Jungmann is a highly solicited keynote speaker and author on the role of technology in making healthcare more resilient, effective, and human.

*
The Physicist (CTO): Dr. Nikita Tarasov brings the rigor of the hard sciences to software. A data scientist with a PhD in physics, he draws on his past career in medical device intelligence-specifically the algorithmic analysis of EKG data-to approach clinical data with scientific precision. Furthermore, his previous work leading cloud-native data infrastructures within the highly regulated financial sector allows him to architect the aiomics platform with the security and compliance standards of a bank, applied to the complexity of hospital information.

*
The Lawyer (COO): Kirill Schitomirski ensures the company navigates the regulatory minefield of healthcare with precision. A fully accredited German lawyer, Schitomirski helps hospitals satisfy complex payer regulations through intelligent AI adoption. He combines this legal acumen with a high-velocity operational playbook drawn from his time as an early employee at Numa, where he helped scale the hospitality unicorn from a single hotel to over 200 properties.

The Strategic Logic The appointment of Stubel completes the company's strategy: combining legal and technical rigor with high-end usability.

"We are clearing the administrative debris that stands between the caregiver and the patient," said Dr. Jungmann. "To truly empower healthcare workers and allow them to return to their calling, we must remove the cognitive load of data management. We believe in an interdisciplinary system where doctors, nurses, and patients make shared decisions at eye level. With Oliver leading Human Centric Product Design, we are ensuring our technology facilitates that connection rather than getting in the way."
