SundanceDSP Announces VNX+ to 3U VPX Adapter Is Now Fully Manufactured and Ready for Shipment

Reno, Nevada - [1/27/2026] - Sundance, a leading provider of modular, FPGA‐based embedded computing solutions, today announced that its VNX+ to 3U VPX Adapter has completed manufacturing and is now ready for immediate shipment to customers worldwide. This marks the next major milestone following the company's earlier introduction of the adapter, which enables seamless integration of compact VNX+ modules into SOSA‐aligned 3U VPX systems.
The VNX+ to 3U VPX Adapter is a fully passive, mechanically transparent interposer that bridges a VNX+ 19mm, 400-pin SBCIO Plug-In Module (PIM) to a SOSA-aligned OpenVPX payload slot. By preserving full signal mapping and adhering to MOSA principles, the adapter allows system integrators to deploy VNX+ compute modules inside rugged VPX architectures without redesigning their systems or compromising performance.
With production now complete, Sundance is prepared to support defense, aerospace, industrial, and research customers who require compact, high‐reliability compute modules that align with open‐architecture standards.
