Press release from: Questa AI

Faster decisions from sensitive data-safely.

Faster decisions from sensitive data-safely.

Questa Safe AI delivers fast, enterprise-grade analysis of business files using advanced LLM technology-without ever exposing your confidential data to external AI providers for training or reuse. Your documents remain fully under your control at every stage of the process.

To ensure maximum privacy and compliance, Questa Safe AI automatically anonymizes and redacts sensitive, personal, and confidential information before any analysis takes place. This redaction can be performed either securely in the cloud or locally on your own infrastructure, giving you full flexibility based on your security and regulatory requirements.

Once your data is protected, you are free to choose from leading large language models such as GPT-5 or Claude to perform high-quality analysis, summarization, and insights generation-without compromising confidentiality. Your data is never shared, stored, or used by LLM providers for model training.

Questa Safe AI also includes a rich library of pre-made templates designed for common business use cases across Finance, Strategy, Sales, Operations, and more. For advanced needs, fully customizable prompts allow teams to tailor analysis to their specific workflows, industries, and decision-making processes.

With no vendor lock-in, Questa Safe AI lets you seamlessly switch between different LLM providers as your needs evolve. The result is a secure, flexible, and future-proof AI analysis platform that combines speed, accuracy, and privacy-so your organization can confidently unlock insights from sensitive data without risk.

Questa AI was founded by a team of serial entrepreneurs. Rom is the CEO with background leading engineering innovation in Amazon Web Services before becoming entrepreneur in health-tech during the pandemic. Today his first company works in European healthcare providing rehabilitation to 5000 patients in mental health and depression anxiety using AI with Therapist in the Loop. Leveraging technology to do good for Patients in healthcare has led him to explore other opportunities that solve a large problem for society and customers. Currently Rom is scaling Questa AI to reduce risk of data safety and privacy leakage by unwanted AI model training while using LLMs for enterprises.

As entrepreneurs Rom and team have seen firsthand how mid-sized enterprises esp. in relatively conservative sectors like healthcare, finance and contact centers, have struggled to adopt AI in work due to customer data privacy concerns. Whie CIOs and CTOs are enthusiastic about using AI at work, the boards have expressed significant concerns about customer data privacy including extremely sensitive health and payment information. As a result, most companies have been restricted to using AI Agents in minor proof of concepts and not integrated to core workflows.
Questa helps to accelerate AI Adoption for such organizations by providing a baseline anonymizer that redacts all privileged information on their own servers or encrypted cloud accounts. Additionally, we provide services for teams to chat safely with own data by replacing cumbersome technical data analytics and queries with intimate chatting experience. We furthermore provide data and report generation services for marketing, sales, strategy, financial and compliance on top of that.

We are already working with contact centers, healthcare platforms, and financial services teams to understand their need for privacy, data residency, and AI governance. We provide data safety from unwanted model training as AI Agents get entrenched further in organizational workflows in the coming years ahead.
