Identifying which Damaged_FC and Lost_FC units were eligible for reimbursement required cross-checking data manually. Over time, this led to missed credits and reduced cash flow.

All claims were tracked through Refunzo's centralized dashboard, providing real-time visibility into claim status and recovery progress.
As a result of this process, the brand recovered $16,914 across warehouse damage and inbound shipment discrepancy claims. The recovery was completed in four days and eliminated an estimated 30 hours per month of manual reconciliation work for the brand.
Jimi Patel also noted that the case reflects a wider trend across Amazon FBA accounts. "Lost and damaged inventory is part of selling at scale. What matters is having a system that checks every eligible case and follows through. This recovery happened quickly because the data was clear and the process was structured."
The case reflects a growing challenge for Amazon sellers operating at scale. As fulfillment networks expand and inventory moves faster, financial gaps can build quietly.
