Eunsung Food Co., Ltd., a specialized noodle manufacturer, has introduced six new noodle and rice noodle products developed using its proprietary aged noodle-making technology. The newly launched lineup focuses on delivering a clean, light taste and a chewy texture through a non-fried production method and extended dough aging.

Designed to accommodate diverse consumer lifestyles, the new products target both those seeking convenient everyday meals and consumers looking for a light yet satisfying single-portion dish. The aged noodle structure helps the noodles retain their texture even after cooking, preventing sogginess and ensuring consistency until the final bite.

The six newly released products include Champhyeonhan Black Rice Aged Thin Noodles (Soy Sauce), Champhyeonhan Aged Thin Noodles (Bibim), Champhyeonhan Kimchi Noodles, Champhyeonhan Soba, Deophyeonhan Rice Noodles Spicy Seafood Flavor, and Deophyeonhan Rice Noodles Mild Bone Broth Flavor.

Champhyeonhan Black Rice Aged Thin Noodles and Champhyeonhan Aged Thin Noodles (Bibim) are produced using hand-stretched thin noodle-making technology, in which long-aged dough is carefully stretched by hand. This process results in silky-smooth yet elastic noodles that maintain their texture over time. The softened noodle structure formed during aging also supports easier digestion. Available in soy sauce with added black rice and bibim flavors, the products also feature increased protein content compared to conventional thin noodles.

Champhyeonhan Kimchi Noodles and Soba utilize non-fried noodles to preserve the natural clarity and flavor of the broth. The kimchi noodles maintain a refreshing and clean taste without clouding after cooking, while the soba emphasizes a light and refined flavor profile. Square-shaped noodles are used to enhance chewiness.

The Deophyeonhan Rice Noodles are made without wheat flour, using rice as the primary ingredient. Freeze-dried chive powder is incorporated during the aging process, resulting in chive-infused rice noodles with low oil content. Offered in Spicy Seafood Flavor and Mild Bone Broth Flavor, the products provide additional variety for consumers seeking lighter meal options.
