About the Author

Alexander Rodino built his leadership philosophy in one of the most demanding environments in the world: the U.S. Army Infantry. With over a decade of leadership experience, he led units across tactical, strategic, and training operations, serving in elite formations including the 82nd Airborne Division and the 1st Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment-"The Red Devils." His service included deployments and advisory roles in Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait, and North Africa.

Commissioned in 2016 after graduating from Wilkes University, Rodino earned dual degrees in Psychology and Sociology and Criminology, with concentrations in Political Science, Economics, and Neuroscience-an academic foundation that deepened his understanding of human behavior under pressure. His military qualifications include Ranger, Airborne, Jumpmaster, Pathfinder, Combat Infantryman, and Expert Infantryman Badges, along with advanced combatives training. He is also a recipient of the Bronze Star and the Order of Saint Michael (Airborne).

After a career-ending injury concluded his time in uniform, Rodino transitioned his leadership philosophy into the civilian world as a real estate professional, investor, consultant, and writer.
