New Features Enabled by Noonlight:

A double-press immediately routes the user to a Noonlight responder who can assess the situation and provide step-by-step support including dispatching emergency responders to the latest location.
- Live location tracking
During an alert, responders receive the user's live GPS location to better understand their environment and provide accurate guidance.
- Stay-on-the-line support until the user feels safe
Whether someone feels followed, uncomfortable, or uncertain, they can stay connected to a real human the entire time.
- Escalation to emergency services when necessary
If the situation requires it, responders can coordinate next steps and dispatch an emergency response team within the US.
- Safe, unlimited testing
Users can double-click their ResQ device anytime to test the system. Testing is free, does not trigger emergency services when the user indicates that the alert was a test, and reinforces confidence in everyday use.
