"Being named a finalist in the Community Contributor Award category is an incredible honor," said CJ Bentley, CEO of Planned PEThood of Georgia. "Our team works tirelessly to support animals and the people who care for them, and this recognition from the Gwinnett Chamber affirms the impact of that work throughout our community."
Earlier this year, Planned PEThood received recognition from Duluth Mayor Greg Whitlock who officially declared August 21, 2025, as Planned PEThood of Georgia Day in the City of Duluth, recognizing the nonprofit's 15 years of lifesaving work.
