OLED display materials are the core components of organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display technology, primarily comprising light-emitting materials, transport materials, and auxiliary materials. These materials directly determine critical performance characteristics such as luminous efficiency, color reproduction, and lifespan of the display screen.

Light-emitting materials: These are categorized into two types: small molecules (e.g., phosphorescent materials) and polymers (e.g., PLED). Small-molecule materials are formed into light-emitting layers via vacuum deposition processes and dominate the high-end market; Polymer materials can be processed in solution and are suitable for flexible displays. For example, red and green light-emitting layers commonly use phosphorescent materials with an internal quantum efficiency of 100%, while blue light primarily relies on fluorescent materials (with an efficiency of 25%). However, recent research has extended the lifespan of blue phosphorescent devices by five times using PEP quasiparticle technology, accelerating their marketization.

Transport materials: These include the hole transport layer (HTL) and electron transport layer (ETL), which are responsible for carrier injection and transport.
