Green Club Announces 2025 Winter Golf League After Rapid Growth in Midlothian, VA

MIDLOTHIAN, VA - The Green Club, an indoor golf facility that opened in August 2024, is experiencing rapid growth and rising regional attention as it continues to redefine the indoor golf experience in Central Virginia. The facility also offers golf lessons for both members and non-members, led by teaching professional Ryan Nebara, who brings more than 20 years of instructional experience to players looking to improve their game year-round.

BREAKING NEW GROUND: A FIRST-OF-ITS-KIND INDOOR RYDER CUP

The Green Club recently became the one of the only TrackMan facilities in the United States to host a live, real-time Indoor Ryder Cup match against Bunkerbay, a TrackMan center based in Poole, England.

This international competition showcased the capabilities of modern indoor golf technology, drawing significant attention from the TrackMan community and beyond.

GREEN CLUB WINTER LEAGUE REGISTRATION NOW OPEN

As winter approaches and outdoor golf winds down, the Green Club is launching its 6-week Winter Golf Simulator League, designed for golfers seeking competition, improvement, and community engagement during the colder season.

WINTER LEAGUE DETAILS
- Dates: January 7 - February 11
- Day: Wednesdays
- Time: 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM
- Tee Times: 6:30 PM or 8:00 PM
- Format: 2-Person Scramble (9 holes)
- Course Rotation: World-class virtual courses
- Social Format: Four teams compete simultaneously (two teams per bay), enhancing the social and competitive atmosphere.

"The Winter League is designed to bring players together for high-energy weekly competition," said Petersen. "It delivers the perfect mix of challenge, camaraderie, and fun-exactly what winter golf should be."

Team & Handicap Requirements:
- The league is played in 2-Man Teams (individual entry fees apply).
- After registering, participants must text 804-796-0845 with their team name and partner's name.
- Singles welcome: The facility maintains a Singles Queue for solo registrants.
- All players must have a TrackMan handicap, requiring at least one 9-hole round (no mulligans) before the league begins.
- Players without a recorded round will begin with a 0 handicap.

Limited to 8 Teams:
To maintain a high-quality experience, the Winter League is capped at 8 total teams, with early registration strongly encouraged.
