A&J Realty Investment Fund ("A&J Realty Fund") a leader in financing commercial real estate throughout the United States, announced today it provided $31M in Innovative Financing for Tenant Improvements and Cutting-Edge Equipment to Leading West Medical Center.

A&J Realty Investment Fund launched a new medical and hospitality finance division led by seasoned executives Michael Oliver and Christopher Nguyen. The $31M loan for tenant improvement and equipment financing for Advanced Radiotherapy Technologies to support the build-out and acquisition of life-saving equipment for their new radiotherapy center in Locust, NC. The innovative financing is structured as a fully amortizing, 5-year credit-based lease, offering the medical center more efficient use of their capital. Traditionally, tenants finance needed space improvements and equipment purchases using their own capital, which can drastically limit their cash reserves and ability to finance other, higher-ROI projects.

The financing source is a direct medical and hospitality lender based in Deer, TX.
