Advancing Toward NYSE Listing
As previously announced, Power Metallic is advancing its application for a listing on the NYSE, subject to final regulatory approval and audit review. Following the completion of its Q3 financial review by auditors and NYSE staff, the Company expects to provide a full update in early January 2026. The uplisting initiative is intended to expand institutional reach and elevate Power Metallic's profile among U.S. and global investors.

The Company's latest Summer Drilling Release 3 confirms expansion of the Lion Zone at depth and down plunge. Highlights include:

* 1.59m @ 27.92% CuEqRec1 within 19.80m @ 2.71% CuEqRec1 (Hole PML-25-025)

These results confirm both the grade and geometry of the Lion Zone's high-grade lodes, expanding the known mineralized footprint and supporting future Indicated Resource modelling.
