Mall Communications has delivered a major advanced wayfinding and associated advertising project at the prestigious Bentall Centre, Kingston Upon Thames. The project showcases the full spectrum of centre-focused functionality of MallVision, the firm’s groundbreaking wayfinding and advertisingsolution specifically for shopping centres.

The installation comprising 10 wayfinding screens and 8 advertising screens supported by national advertising was successfully completed in Q3 2016.Phase 2 is now in the planning stage for a Q3 2017 implementation.

This has both enhanced our customer’s experience in The Bentall Centre and created a healthy revenue stream. Our customers and retailers have welcomed the use of this innovative navigation system, which brings our online proposition into centre and most importantly directs our customers to their chosen stores”
